1. Introduction
Welcome to Elite Retreat (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or booking an Elite Retreat event, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking & Payments
To secure your place, a non-refundable deposit of £997 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 60 days before the retreat start date. Failure to complete payment may result in loss of your booking and deposit.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, transfers to a future retreat may be considered at our discretion. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of the retreat start date.
4. Changes to Itinerary
Elite Retreat reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, venue, or coaching team if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Any adjustments will be of equivalent or higher quality and communicated in advance where possible.
5. Health & Safety
By attending Elite Retreat, you confirm that you are in good health and able to participate in fitness and coaching activities. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions before attending. Participation in all activities is at your own risk.
6. Conduct & Behaviour
Elite Retreat operates with high professional and personal standards. Any participant whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive may be asked to leave without refund.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expenses incurred during or as a result of attending Elite Retreat. We strongly recommend appropriate travel and health insurance.
8. Data & Privacy
By booking, you consent to Elite Retreat storing and processing your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never share your data without consent.
9. Photography & Media
You agree that photos or videos captured during the retreat may be used for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify us in writing before the event.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
